Shop Policies:

I do accept cancellations before shipping out your order. Please notify me of cancellation immediately after ordering as I ship out ready made items quickly!

I do accept returns on ready to ship goods. You must first contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and only after this ship the order back to me within 14 days after receiving it. If your order how ever was custom made, made to measure, or made to order, it cannot be returned unless it is not as described/ requested.

The buyer always pays the return shipping costs themselves.

I only refund returned orders after they arrive back to me in perfect unharmed and odourless condition. If your order was damaged in mail the shipping carrier is responsible for the damage.

My business is VAT- registered in Finland, so in case you order from Finland a 25.5% vat tax will be added during check-out .

Privacy:

I only use your name, address, and phone number information for shipping your order and in case I need to contact you about your order. This info will be shared with the shipping service.

I also have to store your order receipts for 10 years for book keeping and taxing purposes by the law. I may need to share this information with the local tax authority if they so request.
