Shipping info

I ship your orders from Finland (which is an EU- country) via Posti, our national postal service, or via a courier service in case it's more affordable with international orders.

I ship ready made items within 3 days from purchase, custom orders usually within 1-2 weeks. At times my work queue is longer.

Finnish customers are also welcome to pick up their orders directly from my atelier in Nokia during opening hours. 

I only ship orders with tracking included for your and my own safety. In case you have trouble receiving your delivery, please contact Posti for help. After I mail your order it's out of my hands and they'll be able to assist you instead.

Please note there can be additional customs duties and or taxes you have to pay upon delivery, these are not included in Posti's shipping prices.

My shipping prices are based on Posti's pricing and are actually a little bit lower. If they seem high please note you can order multiple items for the same price at once, and international tracking is included.
If my shop charged you excess on shipping, I'll refund it to you after shipping.

The shipping times given on my product pages are only estimates based on my previous experiences and are subject to change. The days are business days so there are 5 business days in a normal week, postal holidays excluded. The estimates don't include customs handling times or any other delays that might occur on the way.

I do not consider your order lost in mail or late if it arrives within the following time frames by country of your residence:

Finland: 2-14 business days.

European Union: 2-30 business days.

Rest of the world: 1-12 weeks.
