Käpälikkö cosmetic bag

A sturdy high quality linen purse with wide triangular edges perfect for storing cosmetics, pencils, or other small things.
The ancient Finnish symbol "käpälikkö" is painted by hand to the front side of the bag with waterproof paint. You can also order the bag without painting, or ask me to paint another symbol of your choice.
This bag is padded and lined, and built to last use for ages.

Width at top 20cm = 7.87in, at bottom 23cm = 9.05in.

"Käpälikkö" is an old pre-christian symbol which was widely used in the nordic countries. In Finland it was thought to protect from bad luck and evil spirits for example.

This pouch was designed, cut, and sewn in my Atelier located in Nokia, Finland.
The materials have been sourced from Finland and Netherlands.

Care and safety instructions:
-Washing not recommended as the bag could lose shape. Wipe stains off with damp cloth.
-Iron with lowest heat.
